Happy Wednesday! Chelsea here.

Is it just me or is Wednesday the perfect daydreaming kind of day? I fully admit that even though we just came off a long weekend, I can’t help but find myself thinking about skipping away on my next adventure. I know that all of you are a good mix of Ohio natives and transplants, but I think we can all agree that one tourist destination that tends to fly under the radar here in the Buckeye State is Amish Country. If you’ve never had the pleasure of spending some time in this pastoral setting, I can assure you that it’s the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and spend the weekend eating delicious home-cooked food and enjoying stunning views. Here’s what you need to know before you go.

It’s nearly fall so I feel like we can all finally talk about soup. Specifically, the amazing, delicious Vietnamese soup known as pho. Columbus has some great spots where you can warm up over a great bowl of pho, and we’re here to tell you all about them.
