Check Out This Breathtakingly Modern Italian Village Home 🏑😍

Columbus Navigator Logo

Hello Wednesday, it's James.

One thing I've discovered with our "

" series is just how many styles of home in which I could imagine myself.

,

,

, and even

... I love them all.

But where I've been a little surprised is just how much I enjoy the aggressively modern urban homes. This being the Midwest, we don't see them with the frequency we see other styles, but we've seen a

, super

, and now this Italian Village house that is one of my all time favorites. Everything about this house is top notch, down to the layout and look of the outdoor patio. See if you agree!

Ok, we know you already have plenty to worry about, but did you know Ohio has a history here? And who else remembers the 'quake of 2011?

Put it this way: if we ever somehow

, this would be a prime in-game location.

6 Things To Know ❀️

  1. Southwest announced a sale with some juicy CMH prices - Atlanta for $69 could make for a fun weekend. Little different from normal Southwest sales - sale prices are capped at $99. [Southwest] βœˆοΈ

  2. Things seem to be moving quickly on the Crew front. Property owners in the Arena District made reassuring comments yesterday pointing towards being willing to consider stadium talks. Devil is in the details, but all signs look positive so far. [Dispatch/Erickson] ⚽️🏟

  3. As you probably heard yesterday, phenom Nick Bosa will not be returning to the Buckeyes to finish out the season. Early word was that he was ensuring he would be healthy for the NFL draft, but later in the day news was released that he would not have made it back for the college football season in any scenario. It's possible he is going to miss out on playing healthy in a college football playoff game, but it's hard to fault him for being cautious with a playoff game that may not even come to fruition and with many millions of dollars at risk in a case of re-injury. [Sports Illustrated] 🏈

  4. This interactive map from the New York Times is absolutely incredible. It includes nearly every single building in America. It's actually a surprisingly good time to spend a few minutes zooming around Columbus and looking at the built environment. [New York Times] πŸ‘

  5. If you get something called the Discovery Family Channel, set the DVR: a Columbus bakery called Capital City Bakes will be appearing this Saturday night at 9:30 PM on a reality/game show called β€œBake It Like Buddy”. [ThisWeek] πŸŽ‚

  6. Wednesday Weather: 🌑 82 and mostly sunny, but chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5 PM. πŸŒ€πŸŒ§β˜”οΈβ›ˆ
