Obviously, Navigator is here for all your

 fantasies, but I have to admit we get a little more amped when the house we're showing off is the dwelling of a Columbus icon like Chris Spielman.

There's so much to discuss with this place. The pool might be the best indoor pool I've seen in Columbus, and the recent renovation is top notch, all on a huge lot in UA's Slate Run. This is a fun one - check it out.

  • Remember Planet Oasis? There's already trouble in paradise. Lawsuits between the development partners look to be forthcoming as each side says the other is on the outs of the project.  [Dispatch] 🌵

  • Short North restaurant Stack City Burger Bar suddenly closed at the end of September. No word yet on a replacement in that spot, or if the concept could pop up somewhere else. [Business First] 🍔

  • Richard Cordray and Mike DeWine have had their last gubernatorial debate, sparring over health care (DeWine wants to end the Affordable Care Act, Cordray does not) among many other things. Corday would like to have more debates, but DeWine says no. [WOSU] 🇺🇸

  • Children's Hospital gets yet more national coverage for their work in Southern Orchards (I think this is the third national article I've written about here), this time highlighting their partnership with All People's Church. [US News] 🏥

  • Columbus City Council is spending $300,000 on a study of parking in several of our denser neighborhoods. The study will look at Franklinton, German Village, the Brewery District, Downtown, and OSU. [WOSU] 🚘
