Asian-inspired restaurant FUSIAN is taking over Ohio with Columbus as its HQ

What's up, Wednesday? It's Madeline.

FUSIAN's website reads, "It’s more than serving you a 10-piece sushi roll. It’s about the entire experience." The founders of the Asian-inspired restaurant, Stephan Harman, Zach Weprin, and Josh Weprin, wanted to create a unique dining experience. The three had been searching for this dining experience that they felt Ohio lacked, so they created it themselves. Since then, their idea has grown into 11 locations with more on the way.FUSIAN came to Columbus for a reason. Brothers Zach and Josh went to the Ohio State University and they were familiar with everything that this city has to offer. Though the restaurant chain has locations in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo, they view Columbus as "the gateway to America."Navigator full story: Asian Inspired, Ohio Born, Columbus Bred: ‘FUSIAN’ Is Happening In The Capital City
