Hello, Wednesday! Chelsea here.

Sometimes, Ohio can be really freaking magical. I fully admit that I’ve never been described as a lover of birds, but if there is one species of these modern-day dinosaurs that I love, it’s the hummingbird. I can’t help it, they are tiny and precious and I firmly believe we should protect them at all costs. This summer, you can head down to Hocking Hills for one of the most incredible (and most popular) summer programs through Ohio State Parks. Hungry Hummers gives visitors the chance to hand feed these tiny birds and to be honest, I doubt you’ll find a more adorable activity this summer.

🏡 Dunlap Ridge Is The Hidden Gem You Need to Visit This Year
If you need a place to stay after your hummingbird adventure, I’ve got the perfect suggestion. We were lucky enough to check out the incredible cabins at Dunlap Ridge and they’re the perfect romantic getaway. Be sure to check out Today’s Photo because you could be staying at the ridge sooner than you think!

🌠 How to See This ‘Once-in-a-Lifetime’ Nova Explosion Over Ohio Skies
We’ve been treated to some truly spectacular celestial events this year. The total eclipse, the northern lights… I’m starting to feel a little spoiled by the sky. Especially now that NASA has released information about an impending nova explosion that will be visible with the naked eye. What a year for stargazers! Here’s what you need to know about this rare event.

🍦 This Beloved West Side Ice Cream Shop Is Back
Everyone loves a comeback story, especially when it involves ice cream. One of the most iconic soft-serve ice cream spots in town is back after a year-long hiatus, which means it officially feels like summer. Who’s ready to slam a banana cup?
