Happy Wednesday! Chelsea here.

I'm a sucker for a good transformation story. The fate of a historic sheep farm on the Northwest side of Columbus has been in limbo for years. But earlier this week, Columbus City Council officially okayed the transformation of the 58-acre parcel into the newest city park. It's still early days, but I feel confident in saying that this is going to be a fantastic addition to Columbus.

I love the CAPA Summer Movie Series and I'm so excited that it's back for a full season this year. I can't wait to visit the recently renovated Ohio Theatre and enjoy a screening or two of some classics.

Once upon a time, there was an entire European-inspired outdoor mall here in Columbus. The mixed-use space included French-style apartments, cafes, a marketplace, and plenty of style.

just doesn't stop: prices in May jumped another 18% and houses sold in just 14 days on average, the lowest average on record. It's even worse at the lower end of the market, with houses under $350k
