Welcome to Wednesday, aka 614 Day. I think by now you all know that I'm kind of obsessed with this city. I feel so fortunate that I've called it home for the majority of my 35 years on this planet and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us. There are so many ways to celebrate 614 Day, but my personal favorite is to visit my favorite sunrise view in town, have a coffee, and just take it all in. Once the rain clears, we're going to be in for a beautiful day, so get out there and make the most of it! And if making the most of it includes floating around a lazy river, I've got just the story for you.

I am a huge fan of the Columbus Zoo and the work they do regarding wildlife conservation. I think it's one of our city's most important institutions and I'm so excited to share a little info with you all about Zoofari, their upcoming fundraising event.
