This historic Bexley home has 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and over 11k sq. feet. ๐ก๐

Hello Wednesday. It's Chelsea.
We're halfway through the week, and I don't know about you, but I'm so over this rain! The only good thing about rainy days, for me, is the epic daydreaming they inspire. On my mind this week has been one of the coolest houses in the city.
Huntington House was built in 1926 and it perfectly captures the elegance and extravagance of that time. It is absolutely massive with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and it has so much room for activities. The home just went back on the market and for a cool $1.59 million, it could be all yours.

Longread For people with money, it may not seem like there is much of a distinction between being "poor" and being "broke". But if you live on the edge of that very thin line, you know the difference all too well. As writer Erynn Brook explains, the realization of whether you're broke or poor often comes in the aisle of the grocery store. It comes down to nickels and dimes and falling asleep before the hunger sets in and not wondering whether you want to live, but how you'll even be able to survive. Brook says it perfectly: It's a "..shame we let anyone live this way."The Difference Between Being Broke and Being Poor
