Columbus' newest park is a cyclist's dream-come-true

Why hello there, Columbus! Madeline here. It's Wednesday.

Wilson Road Park is the first park that the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department has opened in over a decade. The dedication ceremony was celebrated last week and even Mayor Ginther came out to celebrate.The park also serves as the trailhead for the Camp Chase Trail. The Wednesday Conversation:The W North Broadway exit off of 315 northbound closed forever yesterday. Drivers will no longer be able to use the exit to merge directly on to W North Broadway and head east towards Clintonville. The closure is due to the construction of the OhioHealth Corp. headquarters. Now, drivers headed east must take the ramp leading toward Riverside Methodist Hospital and take a right onto North Broadway. [Business First/Ghose]The Butter Cow at the Ohio State Fair was unveiled yesterday. The mommy cow and her calf are accompanied by four OSU student athletes. There's also a big ol' jug of chocolate milk, which does not, in fact, come from brown cows. It's the official beverage of the OHSAA. [10TV]Borror Properties, a developer from the Dublin area, hopes to give new life to the Acme Taxi site in Italian Village. The mixed-use building will consist of: 89 apartments, a 4,000 square-foot restaurant on the ground floor, and 2,800 square feet of retail space. The complex will have 120 parking spaces for both renters and retailers to share. [Business First/Newpoff]
