Hello Wednesday. Chelsea, here.

Nothing has brought me more joy in life than owning dogs. For me, it all started with a beagle/basset hound mix named Thumper. Throughout the years, we've had many a mutt in our family, and my husband and I have continued the tradition. I'm unapologetically one of those pet people who will show you 100 pictures of my dogs and fully expect you to be as excited about it as I am. If I've painted a clear enough picture, then you can probably begin to understand how thrilled I was to hear that BrewDog is now offering "Pawties" aka parties for pups. You can celebrate your doggo's birthday in the most epic way at BrewDog with specially brewed dog beer and pup-friendly baked goods. Installment payments will now be pegged to the borrower's income, with a lower income meaning lower payments. The bill now goes to Governor Kasich and after his signing will become law. We'll see if this go-round of reform sticks, or if the payday lending industry will find a loophole, as they did the last time this was tried.
