The 27-story Millennial Tower is officially a go, and we have all the details. πŸ—

Columbus Navigator Logo

Hello Wednesday. It's James.

Our familiar Columbus skyline is soon going to be busier.

The Millennial Tower was approved Tuesday morning. It'll stand over 400 feet tall with 27 stories of retail (40k sq ft), office (155k sq ft), hotel (130 rooms), and housing (179 units).

The design changed plenty along the way (see the link below for initial renderings vs. where we've ended up), with the biggest change being the loss of a six story wrap-around LED board. It's been changed to one vertical "blade" LED sign that will be 88 feet tall.

It's an impressive building that will garner strong opinions from everyone.

Wednesday Weather 🌑32 - Cloudy, slight chance of snow all day. ❄️
