Hello, Wednesday! Chelsea here.

2023 was a big year in Columbus, in a lot of ways. But one of the most highly watched industries was certainly real estate. With housing costs rising, it’s no surprise that we’ve had some fairly expensive homes for sale in Franklin County in recent months. The Columbus Library has announced this year’s Carnegie Series authors, and it’s a fantastic line-up. The most popular author will likely be Rebecca Yarros, author of Fourth Wing and Iron Flame, which have over a million reviews on GoodReads alone. If you haven’t read the books some of these authors will be speaking about, I recommend putting your holds in with the Library now! They’re some of the most popular titles right now.
