Happy Wednesday! Chelsea here.
The new Crew Stadium is on track to open in July, but we're just now getting the first detailed glimpses of the surrounding mixed-use development, Confluence Village. There will be over 800 residential units going into the area and the newest renderings show a distinctly urban look. It's really wild to think about how much this entire project, including the stadium, is going to change the Arena District.

I love a place that's not boxed into one specific thing, and this tea shop is so much more than a tea shop. Austen & Company is a book store, art gallery, and cafe all rolled into one, and now they've added cocktails to their list of specialites. Reading a book while sipping on a (socially distanced) cocktail sounds pretty great right about now.

One of the most popular vegan pop-ups in Columbus is headed to the North Market. Willowbeez SoulVeg specializes in plant-based soul food and they know exactly what they're doing. This opening can't come soon enough!

I solemnly swear that this is the last snow photo of the day for winter '20-'21 (unless we get another storm.) I bet this little central Ohio bird is happy for the warmup. ๐ฆ
