The Crew are breaking records with their sale of goalkeeper Zach Steffen to Manchester City. The sale was finalized yesterday at a price of about

£7m

. This is a record price for an MLS goalkeeper, and also the highest transfer fee the Crew have ever received. Steffen is the #1 goalkeeper in America and the number one goalkeeper for the men's national team. The best part of the story is that Steffen will be able to play for the Crew through the early part of the 2019 season, into June.
