Happy Wednesday! Chelsea here.

We may be going through a wild year, but that doesn't mean that there aren't still exciting things happening around Columbus. Chapman's Eat Market opened on August 14th and I finally had the opportunity to order myself some delicious carry-out. I was completely wowed with the food and the newly renovated space (formerly Wunderbar and Max & Erma's) is absolutely beautiful. Next time you decide to order food, move Chapman's Eat Market to the top of your list. You won't regret it, my friends.

New developments have definitely seen a slow down since the beginning of the pandemic, but that doesn't mean that projects aren't still in the works. Jon Seymour takes a closer look at a variety of projects around Columbus, including Harmony Tower, the new hospital tower at Wexner Medical Center, Millenial Tower, and more.

 🏢

Speaking of development news... Vera on Broad was originally imagined as an 11-story tower. But newly approved plans have a more compact version in mind. Here's what you need to know about this upcoming mixed-use development in the Discovery District.

🏡

Did you think I was done telling you about exciting new buildings? I've got one last interesting project for you to check out. This project aims to merge the old and the new, with the restoration of two existing structures and the addition of a four-story apartment building just behind them. The Downtown Commission believes that the new building accentuates the older buildings. What do you think?

We recently talked about

?),

, and some big trees themselves -
