Hello, Wednesday! Chelsea here.

Or should I say, Bonjour, Mercredi! There’s a new French bistro in town and I have to admit, I might be a little obsessed. I had the chance to stop by Chouette for their Grand Opening yesterday and it was such a vibe. The whole restaurant feels deeply authentic and I can’t wait to hear what you all think about it. If you’ve been itching to travel and the Paris Olympics had you wishing you were sipping wine and eating baguettes at a French cafe, you don’t have to go very far after all. Bon appetit!
