I don't know about everyone else, but I've really been missing fairs and festivals this summer. But it doesn't all have to be bad news. All around the city, you can find your favorite fair treats at various food trucks and restaurants. Create your very own fair at home with all of the necessary food groups, including funnel cakes and lemon shake-ups.

Franklin Park

The non-Conservatory part of Franklin Park is also great! There's a lot here apart from the Conservatory, and the park might be larger than you realize - it was even home to the Ohio State Fair for a period before the fair moved to its current location. These are the "cascades", constructed for Ameriflora '92. Much like the Goodale Park fountain, this feature has been off an on in recent years, but a proper fix
