This summer is flying by. I don't understand it, but my calendar says it's August 1, so who am I to disagree? Between concerts, festivals, and general shenanigans, my summer fun budget has certainly taken a hit this year. Luckily, we live in a great city that has a lot of options for cheap thrills. So stop sacrificing date night due to a lack of money. You can go out and have a great time without spending a dime. ππΈ

Around Town πColumbus City Council met Monday night and passed some resolutions. Read up on new AirBnB rules, new rules to fight illegal dumping that will include smaller trash cans for some Columbus residents, and a new way of offering tax breaks to developers to hopefully create more affordable housing. π‘πIn more political news, Governor Kasich signed new payday lending regulations that will hopefully work better than the last payday lending regulations that immediately were rendered invalid by loopholes.
