Happy first day of fall! Chelsea here.

In the spirit of the best season ever, I thought today would be the perfect day to talk about pumpkins. Pumpkin patches are my favorite way to kick off autumn and that's especially true this year. A lot of the normal things we're used to haven't been possible, but thankfully, the great outdoors isn't canceled. Let's go find the perfect pumpkin, friends!

Talking Points ❤️

  • Columbus teachers, via their union, have voted no confidence in CCS board member James Ragland. They also rescinded their endorsement. More here.

  • I enjoyed this interview with comedian Hannibal Buress, who is in town to play two shows at South Drive-In this week. And I had no idea his new special is available in full on YouTube, so that's a score.(Alive)

  • A developer wants to demolish most of Shops At Worthington Place Mall to build office space, and I have to say I love the confidence on display there that COVID-19 will be all wrapped up by the time they're ready to start leasing. (This Week)

  • If you're going to give politically this year, this article is vitally important reading. (Idle Words)
