Hello, Tuesday! Chelsea here.
With the seemingly meteoric rise in home prices around Columbus over the last decade, it's easy to become a little numb to sticker shock. In fact, it wasn't until 1988 that the Franklin County Auditor's Office recorded its first $1 million home sale. But those days are long gone now and currently, the five most expensive properties listed in the county are all multi-million dollar listings. Some have acreage while others have a variety of high-end amenities, but they all have one thing in common: they're all listed for over $3 million.
