Itās October, so even though Iād rather not, weāve got to talk about Haunted Houses. I donāt mind a chilling story or a spooky podcast. Iāll even sit through a scary movie. But I absolutely hate jump scares and even though youāll frequently find me laughing my way through them, Iām actually just trying not to cry. In fact, thereās video evidence in our featured story of me visiting a haunted house here in Columbus a few years back, and Iām confident youāll see the fear in my eyes. That said, I did end up having fun, and I would encourage you to finally give in when your best friends invite you to one this month. The fear is temporary, but the memories and the laughs are forever.
