Watching the evolution of Columbus neighborhoods has always been interesting to me. But one place I've always found charming is Westgate. It's growing in popularity right now for it's more affordable (relative term) properties and you get all of the early 20th-century charms without the price tags of the more expensive Columbus neighborhoods. If you've been thinking about making the move to Westgate, you're in luck. There are some real gems just waiting for the perfect owners!
