This Short North Penthouse Has A 900 Sq. Ft. Rooftop Patio π

Today is the day! Bookmark this link to find your polling location and check this to see what's on your ballot. Good luck - we're all counting on you! πΊπΈβ€οΈ
Happy Election Day! Chelsea here.
I genuinely can't believe it's already Election Day. Time has certainly passed strangely in 2020. If you haven't already voted, I urge you to make time to visit your polling location today and participate in democracy! I thought we'd take it easy on our brains this morning and all spend a few minutes admiring this insanely beautiful penthouse in the Short North. Maybe it's just the fact that I've got the travel itch pretty bad right now, but doesn't this patio have sort of a tropical vibe?

More renderings have been released for this massive development in the German Village Area. As a resident of a nearby neighborhood, I can tell you that there is
a lot
of buzz about this project, and it's not all good. But for what it's worth, I'm pretty excited about it. The renderings look gorgeous and in my opinion, I'd rather look at this beautiful building than an old parking lot.

I really loved
