There are people who enjoy the holidays, and then there are people who fully embrace the holidays. You know the ones I'm talking about. The Clark Griswolds of the world. It's because of these holiday-crazed individuals that we can all experience the magic that is the Dazzling Christmas Lights house. This residential light display rivals some professional ones around Columbus and it's completely free to check out. Honestly, I'm so impressed. I find putting my tree up stressful, so mad props to anyone who has the patience to make such a beautiful display.

It's going to be 60 degrees out today, so I feel strongly that we should take advantage of the relative warmth and enjoy a milkshake. Before we know it, it will be way too cold... Just kidding. It's never too cold for a milkshake, and that's a fact.

I have been known to talk a bit of smack (lovingly) about the Cleveland area, but now it's time to be real. This is one of the coolest things I've seen when it comes to winter adventures in the Buckeye State and it's definitely worth the trip up north. I can already feel the wind in my hair. Feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme, get on up, it's toboggan time!

614orty-Niner visits Worthington's Everest Cuisine and finds that while their momos aren't quite as good as the nationally renowned Momo Ghar's, second-best is still pretty good. Everest offers Tibetan, Nepali and Indian, and I'm intrigued:

Cafeterias For Life 🍽

Food & Wine has named the best cafeterias in America, and two from Ohio made the list. Sokolowski’s University Inn in Cleveland (#2 overall!) and Mehlman Cafeteria in St. Clairsville (#6). That's a strong showing. No Columbus love, but keep those two spots in mind the next time you're in Cleveland or SE Ohio.

, an REI led clean-up challenge. Local groups including Hashtag 59, One80Out Supply, Cliff Original, Friends of the Metro Parks, Studio35/Grandview Theaters, 52HikeChallenge & REI will be cleaning up and hiking 3 miles of the Scioto Greenway Trail, beginning at Scioto Audubon Metro Park.
