Lost History Of Columbus: The Chittenden Hotel

In the late 1800s, local businessman Henry Chittenden built three separate hotels at Spring and High, with the first two suffering catastrophic fires. The final iteration of the hotel was stunning, with architecture influenced by the arches and domed ceilings of North Africa.
