Happy Tuesday! Chelsea here.

It's a little chilly out there this morning folks, so I can't help but think that this is the perfect time to talk about the queen of all breakfast pastries: Cinnamon Rolls. Wondering where to get them? Wondering who in Columbus is doing them right? Well, as usual, we've got your back. I'm warning you now though, if you haven't had breakfast yet, this list is going to leave your stomach growling and your mouth watering! 😍😍

I love when people are passionate about starting important conversations. The yoga community in this city is striving for inclusivity, and they're doing it in incredible ways. If you're on the hunt for news that will make you feel warm and fuzzy, look no further.

 🍻

I love a good waterside brew, and after Leanne's visit to Buckeye Lake Brewery, it's going on my must-do list for this summer. She's got all the deets on this perfect warm weather spot!

Talking Points ❤️

Loving

. We don't have too many deeply strange intersections in central Ohio, but we do have some fun shapes that are suitable for art like this.

Not Keeping Pace 🏡

15,000 apartments have been added in central Ohio in the past five years, a time period that saw 139,475 new residents,

that concludes the area isn't building quickly enough. The article adds that job growth is another way to view the numbers. Since 1991 we've added a home for every new job, but since 2014 we've seen twice as many new jobs as new houses. Absent a scenario where the area unexpectedly begins to lose population, it's not difficult to see this will all eventually end with skyrocketing housing costs.

Need more evidence? There are now startups lending money to young people,

Oh No 🚙🚗

If you frequently need to take S. 3rd St. to I-70 E, good freaking luck starting this September.

. Some of the alternative routes proposed are kind of laughable (Livingston all the way to Alum Creek just to get on the freeway, yikes) but see what you think.
