Hello, Tuesday! Chelsea here.

This time of year, there's nothing I love more than getting outside and back into nature. That's especially true this year and I find that love of the great outdoors seeping into just about everything I do. And today's dream home is no exception. This cottage is located in the heart of Hocking County, close to all of the Hocking Hills parks that we all know and love. It's over 120 years old and it's so ridiculously charming that I feel like I have to warn you about how much you're going to fall in love with it.

As cases continue to climb and the state begins reopening, many parents are wondering if and when daycare centers will reopen. The governor addressed those concerns in his daily press conference.

It's springtime and you're in love, but going out for a traditional date isn't exactly practical right now. If you're hoping to really wow your partner with a fun outdoor date, you've come to the right place. There are some super fun ideas in here, including spontaneous dates and ones that require a bit more planning.

Talking Points ❤️

Wrench In The Gears 🔧

Ohio wants workers off of unemployment as soon as possible, so much so they are encouraging employers to report employees who feel unsafe returning to work. This didn't sit well with everyone.

This, from Scott Woods, is one of the best pieces of writing I've seen on the tension between businesses reopening and the safety of guests and workers. Whatever your opinion or perspective, it's vital reading.

Where To Go From Here 🎓

An independent audit of Columbus City Schools' curriculum has been completed, and it's dire reading. (

) Teachers often are forced to use outside resources for instruction because the district lacks written curriculum documents for all grades (K-12), only 47% of classrooms have adequate computer resources, and poorer schools largely receive less money than wealthier schools.
