The Columbus Crew defeated defending champion Toronto FC on Saturday 2-0 (on Toronto's field no less), but it's difficult to enjoy for fans who still feel the Austin relocation guillotine hanging over their necks.

On Monday, Ohio attorney general Mike DeWine filed suit to prevent Anthony Precourt from moving the team, citing a 90's law that was passed after Art Modell moved the Cleveland Browns. Could it work? Maybe, and here's why. (And internet rumors circulating suggest we may know one way or the other
