Happy Tuesday! Chelsea here.

If you've ever considered giving up meat and other animal products and going vegan, Columbus is a great place to take the plunge. We've got some truly delicious plant-based establishments here and they are great starting points for those who are just beginning their journey with vegan eats. Tacos, burgers, deli sandwiches, we've literally got it all, just without the meat. I hope you're ready to try something new, friends.

Ohio has such an interesting ancient history. We're lucky that historical sites like Junction Earthworks still exist and that we're able to appreciate their beauty. I can't get over how amazing this place is. You'll definitely want to add it to your road-trip list this spring.

If you're looking to feel in awe of a remarkable Columbus lady, look no further than the story of Jerrie Mock. She made history when she flew around the world in the 1960s and her story still inspires women today.

Today's Photo 🤳

There are a few places in Columbus that could be "Today's Photo" every single day if I didn't stop myself and try to diversify. Franklin Park Conservatory is one of those places, particulary the Palm House. I love this photo and angle though, so I couldn't resist for today. 🌴
