Good morning, everyone! I hope your Monday wasn't too bad. But just in case it sucked, I thought of the best possible way to start your day: Ice Cream. Everyone knows that Columbus has some of the best ice cream in the country.

The proposal would eliminate all A to F grades on the report cards and replacing them with descriptive scores, like “Most Effective,” “Average Effective” and “Ineffective and Deficient.” [WOSU]The 311 system can be a huge benefit to neighbors hoping to improve their community. But it can also be used as a weapon. That's what is happening to elderly homeowners around the city, who are targeted with complaints and sometimes bullied into selling their property. [Columbus Underground]There are few places around the city that have changed as much as North High Street in and around OSU Campus. Longtime residents have watched neighbors come and go, with mom and pop shops giving way to larger corporate entities. And with more construction scheduled for the next few years, it seems unlikely that the growth will stop any time soon. [WOSU]
