This appears to be the week the national media takes notice of the Ohio energy bill that bailed out nuclear and coal while cutting green energy goals. Vox:

Groups are trying to put a repeal on the 2020 ballot, but Ohio Speaker Larry Householder says repealing it will be "

vastly expensive

". A dark money group with ties to Householder was responsible for much of the advertising pushing the bill, and the Dispatch discovered the group

handed out over $1 million in campaign donations just before the bailout vote

Meanwhile, In Columbus 🐘

The Goodale Park fountain

will soon be fixed, at a cost of $330,000

. This follows a fountain leak that the city unsuccessfully tried to fix in 2012 at a cost of $144,600. Friends of Goodale Park then stepped in and fixed the leak by installing an $8,500 rubberized lining. The fountain's current issues began in 2017 when the fountain's pumps failed. The Righter Company of Columbus will be fixing the fountain, at the above price, and naturally, they were the only business to bid on the job.
