Happy Tuesday! Chelsea here.
Have you ever wondered where Mayor Ginther hangs his hat at each night? Well, now you can take a peek for yourself! His Clintonville home is for sale, and it's pretty darn charming folks. You all know I'm a sucker for an older house, and this gem was built in 1928 and is on the market for $525,000. No word yet on where the mayor is moving, but I can guarantee this house won't be without a family for long!

to help fund a new stadium and to redevelop MAPFRE stadium into a community sports center. None of this is new news, of course, but a long and winding saga is officially over. There's still some details that are up in the air with land acquisition, but we should have an Arena District groundbreaking ceremony soon.
Happy Birthday Dave π
is interesting for the obvious reasons, but it's also interesting for the history of Columbus that pokes through. You also get a look at Dave's palace on Buckeye Lake, and let me assure you, that's worth the click.
