Happy Tuesday! Chelsea here.

This winter has been pretty wintery so far this year, but if you're hoping to kick it into overdrive, I have a suggestion. Every year, this quaint town in northern Ohio transforms into the portrait of small-town charm.  The Medina Ice Festival features ice sculptures, live ice carving, and free activities for the whole family. It's the kind of festival you thought only happened in Star's Hollow or a Hallmark movie, so put on your cutest main character look and get out there, friends!

The new inspector general will be tasked with "leading a new office investigating police misconduct and answering to the city’s civilian review board."
