Hello, Tuesday! Chelsea here.
I’m a sucker for an interesting place to eat, and this unique fine dining spot up in Mansfield is such a gem. Originally constructed by German Brewers as a natural refrigerator for fermenting lager beer, the underground sandstone caverns that are now home to the restaurant, combined with ice, maintained a constant cool temperature of 50 degrees. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience, and a pricey one, but if you’re looking for a splurge, this is most definitely your spot.

🏛 Lost History Of Columbus: The Old Franklin County Courthouse(s)
Franklin County has seen quite the evolution of courthouses over the centuries. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but I have to say, the one pictured above, which stood until 1979, is absolutely stunning. I really hope we start to see the value in historic buildings in this city because how impressive would this look on High Street?
🍽 The Best Places For Fish And Chips In Columbus
Sometimes, nothing hits the spot quite like a big plate of fish and chips. Yes, it’s all fried and not all that good for you, but that’s okay every now and then! Happy eating, Columbus!
