Welcome to Tuesday. It's James.

It feels like housing prices come up in nearly every Columbus related conversation I have lately, whether it's talk of affordable housing, skyrocketing home prices, or monthly prices on new developments all over the city. Everyone has an opinion on whether or not the market is overheated.

But there are still good deals to be found, even if you're on the side of the argument that thinks the central Ohio housing market has fully lost the plot. Want examples? Here's what $200k of buying power is getting you these days - and it's not bad.

Tuesday Weather 🌡🌥 41 and partly sunny.
