I’ve had the chance to see some insanely cool properties in Ohio over the years. From houses that have their own private waterfalls to entire midcentury modern neighborhoods, I really do feel like Ohio has something to offer everyone. And if you happen to be one of those people who think, “I’d love to live in a lighthouse,” you’re in luck. This little slice of history has tons of potential to be a gorgeous space. But this won’t be the easiest DIY project you’ve ever attempted. Plus, you have to win it first.
