Infested Carpet and Rotted Walls:  Columbus slumlords keep tenants in unsafe living conditions

Buying a house isn't always an option for everyone. And with disadvantaged renters too frequently comes the slumlord. Columbus is littered with badly managed properties, and as Navigator writer Zoey Miller explains, the choice to allow these properties to continue to be inhabited can have deadly consequences.
