A Columbus police officer was filmed on Saturday kicking a man in the head. The officer's name has not been released and he has been temporarily reassigned. [Dispatch/Needs-Woods]The Dispatch has a compelling profile of an undocumented immigrant working towards better things at Columbus State. It's also distressing to read of her desire to visit sick grandparents, knowing she may be denied re-entry. [Dispatch/Pyle]BrewDog has sold a portion of their company to a private investment group. The sale puts a valuation on the company of about $1.2 billion, and will put around $260 million in their coffers to fund expansion and buyback of shares from existing shareholders. Early backers of BrewDog have made out very well, with gains of 2800% in 7 years. Even late backers have done well, with backers from last year's equity offering having seen their shares increase in value by 177%. [BrewDog Blog]
