Hello, Thursday. Chelsea here.
Some mornings, ignoring the harsh reality of the world isn't easy. My heart feels so heavy for the family of Breonna Taylor, and for every other person in this country who has been let down by our justice system. Systemic racism, the inequality in our justice system, and the violence faced daily by our black friends, neighbors, and family members has to stop. I don't have all of the answers, but I do know this: we have the power to create real change in this country if we stand up and demand it. We can't stop working to make the world a better place, even when it's hard and especially when it's uncomfortable. I'm sending out lots of love this morning and I hope that the things we share today can bring you a tiny sliver of joy. In case you missed it earlier in the summer, I'd like to direct you to a powerful conversation we had about systemic racism with YWCA Columbus.

The 35-foot main waterfall at
isn't the only attraction, as you can see here. The entire gorge is surprisingly scenic, with lots of little surprises like this little waterfall. If you want to see the big waterfall at full blast you'll want to plan a visit in the spring or after a stretch of wet weather. π¦
