This $860K Italian Village Home Is An Ultra Modern Dream π‘π

Brought to you by Mesmerica, a fully immersive music and art cinematic projection show for planetariums and giant screen theaters by visionary musician James Hood. This show looks absolutely wild. Your next chance to see it will be Friday, November 8th: Buy your tickets here!
Happy Thursday! Chelsea here.
Living in a 100-year-old house can have a lot of surprises. Sometimes I daydream about what it would be like to live in something super modern and open that has zero weird plaster walls or mysteriously, always wet, basement areas. And when I dream, I think it looks something like this insanely beautiful Italian Village home. It's quirky and clean and I'm sort of obsessed.

with more details on how it works, but the gist is that ODOT's command center will open the shoulder lane when traffic drops under 45 mph, likely during evening rush hours. This may seem like a small change, but some transportation experts think this kind of traffic flow management is the future and can minimize the need for road widening in the future.
