Lion Cub's Cookies Is Heading To Grandview πͺ

Sponsored by Decorative Arts Center Of Ohio and the last weekend of their exhibition 2+3x18: Rooted in tradition from the Byzantine, Medieval, and Renaissance eras, diptychs (two-paneled pieces) and triptychs (three-paneled pieces) have been used to tell stories through the ages. This exhibition features 18 contemporary Ohio artists who have used the diptych and triptych to create remarkable stories, some focused on personal experiences and others on a life-long interest or idea. It's a terrific exhibition and a lovely fall drive to Decorative Arts Center of Ohio - more info right here. π©βπ¨π¨
Happy Thursday! Chelsea here.
It always feels good to talk about awesome businesses in Columbus, but I'm especially excited this morning. I had the opportunity to chat with Lion Cub's Cookie founder Brad Kaplan earlier this week and the passion he has not just for his product but for his employees is nothing short of inspiring. If you're interested in eating some delicious treats and supporting an incredible local business, do yourself a favor and click the link below. I cannot wait until Spring 2021, y'all! This place is going to be amazing.

I may or may not be pretty excited about Halloween this year, even though I'm a huge scaredy-cat. If like me you have a love/hate relationship with all things spooky, read this round-up of the most haunted places around the city with all of the lights on.

Speaking of Halloween... If you haven't made any plans yet, consider heading down to the Ohio Theatre for a screening of Beetlejuice. There will be live organ music, plenty of physical distancing, and more than a few laughs.

Returning to the Midwest, Ohio has a number of very lovely bridges. As with most states, several great candidates have to get cut (my apologies to the city of Toledo)
