Thursday is my favorite day of the week, so it seemed like a fitting time to talk about my all-time favorite dessert: pumpkin pie. I'm not kidding. I love pumpkin pie so much that instead of cutting a cake at my wedding, we cut a pumpkin pie... in May. What can I say? I'm a fan. I'm the first to admit that there's nothing quite like a homemade pumpkin pie, but sometimes, you don't have that kind of time. If you're on the hunt for the season's best dessert, look no further.
