Geauga Lake has been a destination for Ohio families for well over a century. It’s gone through many iterations, from its humble beginnings as a summer resort in the late 1800s to the home to Shamu whale shows of SeaWorld in the 1970s. But for the last several years, the park has been abandoned. That’s all about to change, though, thanks to the City of Aurora and a $5.3 million investment. Here’s what is in store for this iconic Ohio space.
