Abortion Ban News

The ACLU has

filed suit against the state of Ohio

to block implementation of the abortion ban recently passed by the Ohio legislature and scheduled to take effect July 10th. Similar bills have been struck down as unconstitutional in every state that has passed them (save for Georgia's recent passage), but Attorney General Dave Yost has said he will "vigorously" defend the law.
