Happy Thursday! Chelsea here.

Yesterday we talked about breakfast, but today, we're talking about the rest of the day. The phrase "comfort food" means a lot of things to a lot of people, but to me, it definitely means ramen. I ate a lot of ramen in my early twenties. It was the go-to grub after break-ups and for celebrations. That's why it's such a relief to live in a city where we've got some truly delicious ramen options just waiting for us to order. All of these places offer carryout, so whether you're comfortable dining in or you'd prefer to eat a home, you can still get a taste.

Periods suck. Anyone who's ever had one knows that. But they suck a lot less when you can actually have access the products you need. So many people have experienced period poverty and The Period Pantry is working really hard to make sure that everyone who menstruates has access to the period products they need.  We've got info on how to donate and how to sign-up for free product deliveries (straight to your door) at the link above. If you need help, you're not alone and you shouldn't feel bad about asking for it.
