Happy Thursday! Chelsea, here.

As we say goodbye to June and hello to July, there's a very busy holiday weekend ahead. We'll get into all of the things going on around town this weekend tomorrow (including several protests) but for today, I thought we'd close out the month with something beautiful and relaxing: waterfalls. I think when people who aren't from Ohio think about our state, they mostly picture flat cornfields and farms, but we have an interesting geological history here that has led to some beautiful waterfalls. Get out there and enjoy some time in the great outdoors, Columbus.

I have a dog that genuinely loves swimming almost as much as he enjoys running. He's not picky about his swimming destinations. Luckily, Columbus and Ohio, in general, do have some pretty snazzy swimming holes for the pups.

Sponsored by the Columbus SymphonyThe Columbus Symphony’s grand summer tradition continues, celebrating the Fourth of July with an evening of patriotic favorites and a tribute to John Williams’ 90th birthday with songs from his famous scores including Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and more! The concert begins with a flyover by the Cincinnati Warbirds and ends with the time-honored performance of “The Stars and Stripes Forever” and a brilliant display of fireworks.
