Happy Thursday, Columbus. It's Chelsea.

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, enjoying plenty of delicious treats and getting your yearly fix of fireworks. While we're on the subject of America, let's talk about White Castle. The nearly 100-year-old smash burger chain has remained fairly constant throughout its service. But time and tide wait for no man, or burger chain, so White Castle is evolving. That evolution is The Castle, a new concept in the Short North. It's modern and open and innovative, incorporating new technology and an updated menu. You'll definitely want to check this out. 🍔🏰
