The House of Representatives passed a bill in May in a close vote, but lawmakers have hit roadblocks with their latest repeal efforts. [Business First/Wilen]The Franklin County Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board agreed to dedicate $5 million in additional spending to create a treatment center for overdose cases. The center, which is set to open in September, will work to rehabilitate addicts after they’re given Narcan. [Dispatch/Perry]Condado Tacos, which has three locations in the Columbus area and another in Pittsburgh, announced plans to expand to Cincinnati and Indianapolis.
