Before we know it, the total solar eclipse of 2024 will be here. Ohio is directly in the path of totality, so it's never too early to start getting your viewing plan together. We're definitely going to have some visitors to our state for this one, my friends!

I'm absolutely a sucker for a heartwarming animal story, and this is no exception. Who knows what would have happened to this adorable little pup if she hadn't been lucky enough to be discovered by a Rumpke worker.

The Super Bowl is a week and a half away, but it's not too early to think about food for the game. I know we've been banging this drum for ... oh, almost an entire year at this point, so you've probably absorbed the message plenty by now, but if you can afford to do so plan ahead and order some takeout or delivery to support a local restaurant. For many of these places, February 7th would have been one of the most profitable days of the post-Christmas winter, but of course this year isn't typical.

As just one example, Columbus Food Adventures is teaming up with Barley's Brewing and offering dinner for two plus a howler of Scottish ale delivered to your door on Sunday February 7th. More info
