Real talk. When I first met my husband, I wanted to impress him with a gourmet meal that I cooked. But, having relied heavily on prepared foods from the grocery store deli, I didn't have a repertoire of delicious meals at the ready. This resulted in my making him a stuffing sandwich...two pieces of bread, with Stove Top stuffing inside. And I think some cheese. Carbs for the win! Let's all agree that he didn't marry me for my cooking. β€οΈ
With Valentine's Day approaching, it might be nice to make a romantic, home cooked meal for your sweetheart. And obviously, I need some help in that department. If you do too, here's an updated list of cooking classes that are more Ina Garten, and less Gordon Ramsay.
